Overview
Dual Shield 7100SR (H4) is an all-position gas shielded flux cored wire with a unique balanced formulation to produce superior mechanical properties and to provide excellent operator appeal. The flux cored wire is designed for both As-Welded and post-weld heat treatment applications. The wire is formulated to provide excellent impact toughness down to -46C and to have extremely low diffusible hydrogen of a weld metal less than 4.0 mL/100g. Excellent wet-in action of a weld puddle to produces flatter to a slight convex weld bead profile for easy slag detachability.
